The Wellington Boot Company delivers to all mainland UK destinations, excluding: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and PO Boxes.
We do not ship goods to international destinations.
Orders received before midday will in most cases be dispatched the same day, however all orders are despatched no later than the working day following our receipt of your order. We will send you an email notification when your goods are dispatched.
Your boots will be delivered by Royal Mail, DHL or TNT courier services.
Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis, so there is only one delivery charge per order, even if you have ordered multiple items.
Please allow up to 7 working days following your order to receive your boots. We will notify you by email when your goods are dispatched.
Select express delivery to receive your order on the next working day following dispatch. If you select express delivery we will notify you of the delivery tracking code when we dispatch your goods.
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt.
We will offer you an exchange or or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will refund the costs of postage if the item returned to us is faulty.
To return any products to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your goods) and indicate whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
Pack the items back in the parcel and send them with the invoice to: The Wellington Boot Company, Cyonis Ltd, Global House, Worley Court, Tattenhall, Chester CH3 9HL.
When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
